This Hill-walking is ideal for people who like the hiking in medium-high challange level. It takes approximately 2 hours to get up to the look out. During this hike, the tourists will be treated with beautiful landscapes such as rivers, lakes, the huge south icefield as the Paine Massif as well.This last one, on its fullness. This hike always going up reaches its culminating point at the Mirrador Monte Ferrier over 700 meters high, from where the view is unmatched and where the tourists will enjoy the best time during this trip.
This is the most popular hikking trail in the Torres del Paine Park. Mirrador Las Torres without any doubt is a point that must be seen for everyone who visits this wonderful Park. The full trail is 9,5 km, its starts from Hotel Las Torres where after a soft hike going up for around 40min the hikers follow the trail by the edge of a valley, reaching half of the way up to where the trip takes a break in refuge El Chileno. Then and after 3,5km of having walked through a beautiful forest, the tourists reach Torres Camp site, from where begins the end of this hike following a high complexity trail by a moraine of granitic rocks, to reach Mirrador Las Torres which is at 800 meters, that can be done in 45-60 min where the tourists finally reach one of the most spectaculars
sites on the planet, where the tourists will delight themselves with a place that speaks for itself, a site recognized worldwide beacause of its beauty and also its imposing energy, a place best-known as Mirrador Las Torres.
This trip starts with a small cruiser ship by the Grey Lake which last 1 hour sailing up to the Camping Grey, from where the tourists begin the trek. First toward the Glacier to reach as close as possible to the front face of this blue giant and spend a magical moment in front of one of the icons in this National Park. After that is when the real trekking starts, walking all the way back by the shore of the same Grey Lake, where between short forests and little hills and surrounded by the Andes Range as the Paine Massif as well, the tourists will see the Grey Glacier disappear futher into the distance but also as it becomes beautiful sight, by which the tourists will be delighted every time they turn their attention to it.
This trekking finish in Camping Paine Grande after 3 hours of trek, and then the tourists have to wait for a Catamaran that will take them up to Paine Grande dock where a car will be waiting for them to be taken back to Pto. Natales.
This is an upper middle to high intensity hike that gives the opportunity for the tourists to be in contact with one of the most unexplored and untouched forests in the Park. During this hike the tourists will spend most of their time walking through dense and ancients forests which is the natural habitat for of lots of birds, specially during the high season. But this is also the favourite habitat of two of the most spectaculars charms that has this park, the Puma and the Huemul (deer) which are protected as endangered species. This place allows developing this hike smoothly, even when the weather conditions are not entirely convenient.
During a trip that lasts for around 1 hour the tourist will walk through the natural garden of Torres del Paine National Park. Where between Muddy Shrub, Prickly Heath and Crimson Spire that over thousands of years have been looking for the sunlight, escaping from the shadow of ancient’s forest to build a perfect garden as if it had been created by human hands. Through this tour the tourist find themselves in this magic garden,and at the end of this the prize is even much more splendid when they finally face the most beautiful rock formation in the whole of Patagonia. Spiritually surrounded of this magical place where the tourists will feel the heart of this spectacular mosaic of rock, Cuernos del Paine.
