Hiking or trekking boots: synthetic or leather, waterproof, preferably covering the ankle.

Daypack for daily hikes or travel.

Sunscreen (for lips and skin).
Suitable for people without previous trekking experience in wilderness terrain.
Not suitable for people with heart conditions or other medical issues that prevent participation in long-duration expeditions, given the remoteness of the locations and the lack of nearby medical facilities.
These trips are not suitable for pregnant women or for participants under 18 years old without written authorization from their parents or legal guardian.
The minimum age to participate is 12 years old.
Participants must respect and protect the natural, historical, and cultural heritage of the areas visited, and be kind to their fellow travelers and local communities.
All participants will be guided by a Professional Native Guide with a valid Wilderness First Aid certification.
Before the activity, the guide will provide all safety and environmental protection rules.
The company reserves the right to stop or deny participation in the event of:
Risk to the safety of the participant, others, or the guide.
Refusal to follow instructions.
Inadequate physical or psychological conditions of the participant.
External factors such as weather or other natural phenomena.
In any of these cases, the guides may suspend, delay, or cancel the activity.
For all expeditions/tours in Tierra del Fuego, each participant must have travel insurance with full coverage, including medical evacuation.
Failure to provide proof of insurance may prevent participation.
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required.
Once the deposit is received, the operator will send a confirmation with the deadline for the final payment.
Full payment is due 90 days before departure, unless otherwise stated by the operator.
Bookings made within 90 days before departure must be paid in full within a maximum of 3 business days.
Accepted payment methods: cash, electronic bank transfer, or online credit card.
Notice given 91 days or more: refund of 50% of the deposit and 100% of any additional tour payments.
Between 90 and 61 days: 30% of the tour price retained.
Between 60 and 31 days: 50% of the tour price retained.
30 days or less: 100% of the tour price retained.

For safety reasons, force majeure, or unforeseen events, the company may modify routes, hotels, or schedules.
TDF Patagonia Tour is responsible for the contracted services but not for flight delays or cancellations, weather conditions, social factors, or natural disasters.
